Isabella Ulloa


Isabella is an Associate at Endeavor Miami where she is responsible for proactively sourcing a diversified portfolio of entrepreneurs, evaluating companies’ growth potential, and leveraging the Endeavor mentor network to accelerate the growth of high-impact entrepreneurs in the region.

Prior to joining Endeavor Miami, Isabella was appointed by the White House to serve in the Obama Administration as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Homeland Security. In this capacity, she was primarily responsible for supporting the implementation of Administration priorities by briefing senior Department staff on sensitive national security matters, preparing the Secretary for daily meetings and external engagements, and contributing to streamlined communication with the public and Congress on high profile issues. Prior to her service in the federal government, Isabella completed various internships in public policy, law, and management consulting.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in International Security and minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Tufts University where she was actively involved in the local community. During her undergraduate career, Isabella served as a Team Leader in 180 Degrees Consulting, the largest university-based and pro-bono consultancy in the world, where her team enabled a non-profit client to achieve profitability for the first time.

As the daughter of Cuban immigrants, Isabella is first-generation American and originally from Miami, Florida. She is most passionate about cultivating entrepreneurial ecosystems and increasing opportunities for equal access to education.
