South Florida based Endeavor Miami company Entic, founded by Endeavor Entrepreneurs Carlos Diaz and Manny Rosendo, was recently acquired by Aquicore a Washington, DC based real estate software company.
Entic was selected to Endeavor in 2017 during Endeavor Global’s International Selection Panel in Miami. Entic offers building owners and operators a reduction in energy usage with its cloud-based, SaaS platform that implements operational intelligence, analytics and advanced sensor technology to deliver portfolio-wide savings. Company’s customers are able to enjoy on-demand reports and live dashboards that display current costs and achievable savings, alert customers when buildings reach high energy thresholds and analyze the overall health of energy consuming systems.
Co-Founder Carlos Diaz sees this acquisition as a signal to the market that together Entic and Aquicore are now the leaders of the space. “With this merger we are now able to service entire portfolios of big real estate owners,” said Diaz. “We have this mantra of ‘No Building Left Behind’ and this is how it is done. As a founder, this is the outcome you always seek.”
“Since its selection, Entic has exemplified the high-impact traits that we look for in our Endeavor companies. We’re thrilled to see Carlos and the team achieve this crucial milestone and look forward to continuing to support their growth in this new stage.” said Laura Maydon, Managing Director of Endeavor Miami.
