What is the best advice you would give to a company looking to scale?
Scaling is hard and requires time, money and discipline. Only commit to scale once you are 90% certain about your product. Scaling requires a whole different mindset and this period is not the best to troubleshoot the fundamentals of the business.
What is the relationship between company culture and business success?
More and more, we see company culture take center stage. The right company culture not only helps you attract the right kind of people it also helps you retain them but more importantly it also helps you execute on your mission more easily.
What have you most enjoyed throughout your time as a Board Member?
The Endeavor Miami board has given me an opportunity to understand both what the opportunity and challenges are for entrepreneurs in emerging cities like Miami. It has also connected me with the community of entrepreneurs that are committed to grow their businesses from Miami and continue to make this both a great place to live, work and scale.
