Dileep Thazhmon

Dileep Thazhmon is the Founder and CEO of Jeeves. He co-founded the company in 2019 and has led it since inception, including through Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch. He holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, part of the Stanford GSB Class of 2010 - a cohort that also produced Nubank founder David Vélez and QuintoAndar founder Gabriel Braga.

Before Jeeves, Dileep was Co-Founder and COO of PowerInbox (later Jeeng), an email ad server product used by 600+ brands including CNN and Disney. He grew the company from 3 to 50+ employees while keeping it profitable at $35M+ in ARR, and it was later recognized on Inc.'s Top 30 list, Deloitte's Fast 50, and Crain's Top 50. He also has prior experience in venture capital.

Dileep's upbringing spanned four continents - Nigeria, Germany, Qatar, and the United States (Florida) - before he landed at Stanford for his MBA. That constant movement across such different cultural and economic contexts shaped a skill he considers core to entrepreneurship: the ability to adapt quickly to unfamiliar environments. He draws a direct line from that experience to how he approaches Jeeves today - building financial infrastructure across 35+ countries.
