Endeavor Miami Announces the Selected Companies for its Growth Bootcamp, Powered By Facebook, for Immigrant Latina Founders


The selected companies are:


1. Athena – Lab for Social Change

Entrepreneurs: Guayana Paez- Acosta and Anabell Elena Villanueva García

“Crafting inner and outer journeys for a more sustainable future” is a social business based on innovative approaches and contemplative practices that promotes the wellbeing & sustainability connection in the Americas by fostering strategic alliances, forward-looking projects, and advising philanthropy, purpose-driven businesses and civil society organizations.

2. Blikastor

Entrepreneur: Diana Martinez

A marketplace with in-person and virtual services for Latino-small businesses and their families; with tools to free up time to enjoy quality family time, while performing a strategic role within their company. We provide a safe, easy, and fast channel to get access 24/7 to a network of pre-validated Latin entrepreneurs, women, men, or young people, that are seeking extra income or job opportunities; with inclusion and flexibility in Miami and Colombia.

3. College Thrifts

Entrepreneur: Patricia Garcia

Think “Tinder” for college branded gear and higher education networking.  “college thrifts” is an inclusive peer to peer platform for students/alumni to buy/sell their gently used college branded items and network amongst users. In addition to creating more inclusive and connected college campuses, we are also supporting 4 United Nations sustainable development goals focused on sustainable communities and responsible consumption.

4. L’Agencia

Entrepreneurs: Luisa Glumm and Veronica Landaeta

L’Agencia is a boutique firm dedicated to elevating the experience of your brand, space or project. Crafting one-of-a-kind custom-made experiences, we approach every project as a unique opportunity to enhance your customer’s journey.

5. Magia Galaxy LLC

Entrepreneurs: Rosangela Mozo and Daniela Godigna 

Magia Galaxy, LLC was founded in 2017 by two Miami  based  Latina women and moms in search of better toys for their kids. Through Magia Galaxy parents can find toys to help their babies and toddlers reach developmental milestones. 

6. Socia Studio

Entrepreneur: Regina Miyar

A Miami based multidisciplinary creative studio offering a “one-stop-shop” service for e-commerce, digital marketing, and branding. Working as a partner with our customers on their strategy, and memorable experiences that go beyond the brand, product, and industry.

7. Skinny Lily

Entrepreneur: Maura Ruiz

a popped water lily seed (makhana) company based in Miami, Florida. Popped water lily seeds are a product from India that are considered to be a superfood snack because they contain 65% less fat, two times the amount of protein, and various antioxidants and nutrients. Their light and airy texture makes them the perfect guilt free snack. 

8. Stitch Lab

Entrepreneur: Karina Rosendo

A talent incubator that helps independent Latin American designers gain exposure and crossover to the U.S. Market. Our mission is to promote brands that create sensible fashion, socially conscious and aware of its impact on the planet. We curate bespoke experiences, attracting and engaging consumers who demand to be part of a culturally relevant and socially responsible movement. 

9. Tu Latido

Entrepreneurs: Gabriela Sabate and Adriana Garcia

Delivers culturally-competent integrated health care services to vulnerable Latino populations by leveraging digital health and telemedicine through innovative care models that help people connect to care in their language and in the communities they trust.
