We recently sat down with him to talk about his work and his relationship with Endeavor.
What has been the proudest moment of your career thus far?
My proudest moment was when I was President of Sara Lee in Europe, and we had record numbers in revenue and profits, and my team suggested we celebrate it not only having fun but also giving back. So, we went to Istambul and with our own hands and some tools, refurbished a low income school for blind people.
What is your mentorship style like?
People say because I am very approachable they usually feel confortable sharing things they wouldn’t normally. And that my sessions are more holistic because it covers not only the business itself, but also the founder leadership and soft skills in general.
