Dear Endeavor Network,
Reflecting on 2023, we are immensely proud of our achievements at Endeavor Miami, made possible by your unwavering support. Last year, we celebrated a decade of empowering high-impact entrepreneurs, a journey marked by remarkable milestones and sustained commitment to nurturing founders with big dreams and rapid growth.
Our impact in 2023 has been nothing short of extraordinary. Our Endeavor Entrepreneur companies created over 6,000 jobs and generated revenues exceeding $900M, a clear indicator of their growth and success. As you read through our 2023 Impact Report below, you will see more of the tangible effects our Endeavor Entrepreneurs and local programs have had on South Florida’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
We also took significant steps in contributing to the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. The launch of the Entrepreneur Migration to South Florida Study at our State of Innovation Event was a highlight, offering valuable insights into the region's evolving landscape.
The spirit of giving back remains integral to our community, with our entrepreneurs and mentors generously dedicating their time and expertise. Looking ahead, we're committed to continuing to transform South Florida into a global economic and innovation hub, supported by our robust network, Board of Directors, mentors, sponsors, strategic partners, and team.
Let's continue to dream bigger, scale faster, and pay it forward together. Here's to 2024, another year of making an impact in our entrepreneurial community together!

EndeavorLAB & Endeavor ScaleUp
In 2018, Endeavor Insight research identified that scale-ups generate 70% of jobs in local economies. However, only 1% of startups have 50+ employees after 5 years of operations.
The purpose of these programs is to catalyze the growth of earlier-stage local companies and therefore contribute in local job creation and economic growth.

Press & Media Exposure
Our efforts in supporting entrepreneurship and the multiplier effect of our founders are nothing short of extraordinary.
Below are some of the media outlets that helped us in sharing our vision with the world:
Entrepreneur Migration to South Florida Study
We conducted research to understand which entrepreneurs moved to South Florida, the draws of the region, how to support these entrepreneurs in reaching scale, and how we can sustain this movement to catalyze economic development.
These are six novel findings gathered from the research:
Migrant founders impact locally.
Migrant founders embrace ethnic diversity, perceiving it as a catalyst for the success of their companies.
Perspectives on capital differ.
International founders rated the state of capital availability an average of 22% higher than domestic founders.
Unprecedented amounts of local investment. From 0 deals from Florida-based investors in 2017 to 7% of funding coming from Florida-based investors over the last three years.
“Quality of life” holds a deeper meaning than weather for migrant founders.
Ease of doing business.
Tax, regulatory, and startup-friendly policies appeal to migrant founders
Governments can continue creating incentives for migrant founders to continue moving to South Florida
