Endeavor is a global organization that supports high-impact entrepreneurs in scaling their companies and multiplying their influence to shape more inclusive, vibrant economies. Endeavor Miami, the first U.S. affiliate, launched in 2013 with the support of the Knight Foundation. Since then, the office has supported over 77 Endeavor Entrepreneurs whose companies have generated over $1.08B in annual revenue and created 7,000+ jobs.

Screen
Endeavor’s selection process begins locally and involves transformational conversations with preeminent business leaders who push candidates to reflect and answer tough questions about their business models, team strength, and future growth plans.
Select
The process culminates in our world-renowned International Selection Panels (ISPs). At each ISP, only those final candidates gaining unanimous approval from expert panelists become Endeavor Entrepreneurs — a lifetime seal of approval that carries significant weight with investors, partners, and other industry leaders across the world.
