As the first U.S. affiliate of the global Endeavor network, founded with the support of the John S. and James L. This new cohort features 12 visionary founders at the helm of 10 fast-scaling companies, each contributing to Florida’s reputation as a thriving hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. Endeavor Miami remains dedicated to fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing these ambitious leaders with unparalleled access to mentorship, capital, and a global network of peers and industry experts. This unique support system is designed to amplify their impact, catalyze their growth, and position them as leaders reshaping the economic landscape.

The Fall 2024 cohort embodies the spirit of diversity and resilience. ​​Over 60% of the participants have at least one founder of Hispanic or Latino heritage, and 40% of the founders are women, underscoring Endeavor Miami’s commitment to inclusivity and representation. With many of these entrepreneurs choosing Miami as their new home in recent years, the city’s status as a magnet for top-tier talent and innovative ventures is solidified.

The participating companies span a wide range of industries, from Premium Beverages and Skincare, to Media, Education Technology, and Marketplaces, reflecting the dynamic economic fabric of South Florida. Collectively, these companies have demonstrated a remarkable trajectory, with an average growth rate of 200% over the past year. Their ability to adapt and innovate in the face of challenges illustrates their potential to drive transformative change both locally and globally.

Their successes reinforce South Florida’s pivotal role as a launching pad for companies with global ambitions and impact.
