Cohort-Based Programs

In 2018, Endeavor Insight research identified that scale-ups generate 80% of jobs in local economies. However, 99% of startups in Miami fail before reaching five years of operation.

With this in mind, Endeavor Miami's Programs launched in 2019 to catalyze the growth of earlier-stage local companies. To serve entrepreneurs at two crucial inflection points in their scaling-up journey, the Miami affiliate created:

A cohort-based program to support underrepresented founders in Florida in building a foundation for scale.

EndeavorLAB Connects

For the first time, our EndeavorLAB Cohorts for underrepresented founders participated in Connects—a curated event designed to connect underrepresented founders with 20 key players in South Florida's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

A cohort-based initiative that boosts the trajectory of early-stage, high-potential entrepreneurs through curated mentorship, a peer-to-peer community of fellow founders, and the required resources to develop and execute a long-term growth.
