Miami, FL — January 27, 2026 — Endeavor Miami announces the selection of José Fernández, Founder & CEO of Bankuish, and Marcos Franceschini, Co-Founder and President of Skyloom, as the newest Endeavor Entrepreneurs to join the global network. Both founders were selected through Endeavor’s rigorous selection process, José in November 2025 and Marcos in January 2026.
Their ventures, while distinct in industry and scale, share a powerful common thread: a bold vision for solving globally relevant problems and the grit to turn that vision into reality. For José Fernández, the journey began with a deeply personal obstacle: despite his career in banking, he was once unable to rent an apartment in the U.S. due to a lack of local credit history. That friction inspired him to tackle a widespread issue, financial exclusion among gig workers,
freelancers, and creators across the world.
His company, Bankuish, is now a trailblazer in alternative credit scoring, helping over 1.5 billion independent workers access fair financing through gig-based data. Since its founding in 2020, Bankuish has originated over $600M in financial products across five markets, using proprietary APIs that connect gig platforms like Uber, TikTok, and Upwork directly with financial institutions.
Fernández’s vision is clear: to make the invisible visible in global finance and unlock credit as a pathway to economic mobility. Joining Endeavor marks a new chapter in that mission, one grounded in global perspective and collective growth. “To me, being part of the Endeavor Network means joining a community of like-minded leaders who believe that success is a shared journey,” said Fernandez. “It is like gaining a global board of advisors overnight. It provides the high-level perspective needed to navigate the complexities of international growth while reinforcing the importance of ‘paying it forward’ to the next generation of founders in the space.”On the other hand, Marcos Franceschini is building the future of communications infrastructure in orbit.
As co-founder and President of Skyloom, Marcos leads a Colorado-based SpaceTech company pioneering optical communications, laser terminals that enable satellites to transmit data at ultra-high speeds. In the last two years, Skyloom has evolved from early-stage promise to scaled execution and a recognized brand in the Space industry.
For Marcos, whose childhood fascination with the Apollo Moon landing program sparked a lifelong passion for space, this journey represents the merger of vision, technology, and entrepreneurial determination.
“Once you’re onto something, you feel it immediately,” said Franceschini. “There’ s a gut-level certainty that it matters, even if not everyone sees it yet. From there, it becomes an obsession with delivering value: to customers, to team members, and to everyone who trusts you to get it right. That sense of responsibility is what drives me forward.”
Both entrepreneurs exemplify what Endeavor stands for: dream bigger, scale faster, and pay it forward.
“These founders remind us that great entrepreneurs do more than grow companies; they transform communities, strengthen societies, and rewrite the future with innovation and mission. That’s exactly the kind of leadership we’re proud to support at Endeavor,” said Claudia Duran, Regional Managing Director for North America & Managing Director at Endeavor Miami.
As part of the Endeavor network, José and Marcos now join a global community of over 2,500 high-impact founders across 45+ markets, gaining access to strategic mentorship, capital, and market expansion opportunities. But his journey with Endeavor goes beyond scale; it’s about multiplying impact. By sharing their insights and experience, they will help spark the success of future entrepreneurs, fueling a ripple effect of innovation and inclusion across ecosystems.
