Director, Entrepreneur Experience

Victor Xavier's journey with Endeavor began in 2017, where in his last position he led a team of 30 people, responsible for the ScaleUp Program and selecting new Endeavor Entrepreneurs in Brazil. With his expertise, nearly 200 companies were accelerated, and about 20 companies successfully became Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

In 2023, Victor joined Endeavor Miami as the Entrepreneur Experience Director. He will be responsible for overseeing the Selection and Servicing of Endeavor Entrepreneurs in South Florida.
