Women are culturized to reject pride.
Women are told that that their successes and wins are to be earned and expected, although often not rewarded. The efforts behind those successes are seldom recognized or celebrated and if we express pride in ourselves we are made to feel or perceived as full of ourselves.
Unfortunately, our positive vibe is often killed.
We are going to change that!
