Known amongst peers to take up ‘every sport ever created’, Lawrence spends most of his free time outdoors playing tennis, golf and surfing.

Richard Lamondin is the Co-Founder and CEO of EcoSystems. Richard and his team are making a lasting impact on Americans and their environment. EcoSystems’ efforts have impacted more 150,000 people across 28 states and have saved more than 3 billion gallons of freshwater, more than 85,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide and more than 120 million kilowatt-hours in energy savings to date. Beyond his role as CEO, Richard is on the board of Project T.H.U.G., a fellowship program for teens that disrupts the cycle of poverty and violence by providing higher education and vocational opportunities.
