Manuel (Manny) Rosendo is an author, serial entrepreneur, and systems thinker with nearly four decades of experience building, scaling, and advising technology-enabled service companies across the U.S. and Latin America.
He has founded and led multiple ventures in building technology, operational intelligence, and services, including companies that scaled from early concept to multi-million-dollar revenues serving enterprise clients such as REITs, hospitality groups, healthcare systems, and municipalities. His work focuses on turning fragmented, people-dependent operations into repeatable, data-driven systems that reduce cost, risk, and chaos.
After experiencing both rapid growth and hard resets as a founder, Manny now spends a significant portion of his time helping entrepreneurs bridge the gap between vision and execution, especially around operations, service delivery, partner ecosystems, and scaling without losing control.
His approach is practical, founder-centric, and rooted in real operating experience, not theory. He is especially passionate about helping founders avoid the invisible traps that stall scale: over-reliance on people, lack of operational visibility, and systems that don’t grow with the business.

Now, Carlos is the Managing Partner at Rolling Bridge Capital, providing flexible capital to fund companies’ growth.
