This Retreat will be an important opportunity to connect with peers across the nine North Atlantic offices to unlock the potential of our region. We will learn from one another, discuss key challenges we face as local offices and a key Endeavor region, and align on strategic projects we will deliver together in 2024! The Retreat will take place at the historic The Richardson Hotel. We have a group block for $179/room, which you can reserve via this link.
We recommend flying into the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The second closest airport is Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport in Rochester, NY, which is a 1h 15 min drive from The Richardson Hotel.
Please plan to arrive at The Richardson Hotel by Monday noon so that you have time for lunch (not covered by the Staff Retreat) and check into your rooms. We will start at 2pm sharp!
Our activities will end on Wednesday at 4:30pm. For those of you who will take part in the NSP, you will have a short break on Wednesday before the NSP welcome cocktail. If you're not attending the NSP, you can fly home on Wednesday night.
