Alex Robbio is the CEO and co-founder of Glim, a venture-backed startup transforming the salary landscape. Previously, he co-founded and led Belatrix Software, a bootstrapped company that grew to serve clients like FIS, PwC, Disney, Adobe, and AOL. Belatrix Software expanded globally and was eventually acquired by Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in 2019.

An experienced entrepreneur and mentor, he has guided over 10 companies through successful exits, ranging from $12 million to $400 million, advising both sellers and buyers, including strategic buyers and private equity groups. Originally from Argentina, Alex has been based in the US since 2001 and has pursued management and entrepreneurial studies at MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and Kellogg School of Management.
