Endeavor Miami bids a warm welcome to Endeavor Entrepreneurs Santiago Arroyo, Diego Arroyo, and Lorena Oyague. Looking to expand into the U.S. market, Don’t Worry has joined the Endeavor Miami portfolio as part of the Access to Markets program.
Santiago Arroyo has been an entrepreneur for over 15 years. He started his first firm in 2005, U Media Communication Group, an advertising firm that works with 60 university campuses and reaches 1.8 million students. Throughout his experience there, he gained insights into working with multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Bimbo Group, and Nestlé.
Diego Arroyo has over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur. He has worked with Coca Cola and Danone Mexico, creating the Activia-Flora probiotic yogurt brand for Danone in 2009. His experience and interest in marketing, innovation, and health eventually led him to co-found Don’t Worry alongside his brother Santiago.
Lorena Oyague joined Don’t Worry as their head of operations in 2010. She earned a degree in chemical engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela and worked as a product research leader for Procter & Gamble’s Latin American division. Currently, she leads Don’t Worry’s innovation strategy.

Don’t Worry produces great tasting, low calorie snacks to satisfy the growing demand for healthier snacking alternatives. Founded in 2009 by Diego, Santiago and Lorena, the trio sought to create snacks that aid in the fight against rising rates of obesity and diabetes. Their dedication to surprising the world with delicious snacks that promote health and wellness has garnered the company tremendous success. In 2015 they were named Walmart Mexico’s best small to medium sized supplier from a pool of 7,000 candidates. Already with 2,300+ points of sales in Mexico, the company closed a partnership with retailer HEB in the US, and is now looking to further penetrate the market.
Developing new distribution, fundraising, product development, and supply chain strategies in a new country is no small feat. We want to ensure Don’t Worry’s expansion into the U.S. market is as smooth as possible by making our resources and guidance readily available to them.
