MIAMI, FL, July 24th, 2023 — Endeavor Miami, part of the global Endeavor non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurship, has announced the selection of Michael “Mike” Wear and Melody Pak, Co-Founders of Blankfactor, as Endeavor Entrepreneurs at its 96th International Selection Panel (ISP) in Bali, Indonesia held from July 17th to 19th, 2023.

Noticing a gap in the Financial Services and Life Sciences industries, founders Michael Wear and Melody Pak realized they needed to create a solution to address the growing demand for technology that addresses current needs while anticipating future trends. Founded in 2019, Blankfactor offers on-shore and nearshore development work, specializing in product development. As engineer-consultants, they collaborate with clients to envision, create, and execute product roadmaps, providing cost-effective expertise that surpasses traditional US-based tech providers. Over the last four years, the company, headquartered in Miami, has grown to a workforce of 316 employees and has opened offices in Bulgaria, Colombia and Costa Rica.
