Associate, Growth Programs

Rebeca “Becky” Serson joined Endeavor in January 2021 as an intern in the programs team. After graduating from her undergraduate studies in Economics and Government at Harvard University in May 2022, she moved to Miami to work at Endeavor full-time as an associate in the same team, managing the EndeavorLAB program. Becky is originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and when not at work, you can find Becky exploring dog-friendly places (especially restaurants) in Miami with her new dog, Gaia.
