Originally from Madrid, Spain, Carlota studied Politics and International Relations in the UK before earning a Master’s in Management from IE Business School. She has worked in corporate innovation at SACYR and later transitioned to early-stage venture capital and open innovation consulting at Plug and Play, where she invested in startups and helped corporates collaborate with founders.

Most recently, she supported Factorial, an Endeavor entrepreneur company from Spain, as it expanded into the US. Now with Endeavor Miami, she is passionate about helping founders scale and build meaningful connections.
