ABOUT ENDEAVORLAB
EndeavorLAB is a cohort-based initiative to support underrepresented founders in Florida in building a foundation for scale. EndeavorLAB leverages Endeavor’s over 20 years of knowledge and best-in-class services and tools used to support entrepreneurs around the world.

EndeavorLAB is exclusively for companies based in Florida, as we believe in the power of economic transformation by our local companies and we want to help write their stories.
Small, High-Quality Community
Endeavor selects up to 10 companies following its global selection criteria for high-impact entrepreneurs. They become your support system and community during and long after EndeavorLAB is over.
Practical Methodology
EndeavorLAB’s curriculum is tactical, communicated in advance and lessons can be applied immediately. Entrepreneurs get to discuss and work on their challenges hands-on with the support of their mentors and peers.
We Invest In You
EndeavorLAB is non-dilutive. Founders receive neutral third-party support from full-time account managers, who hold founders accountable and are committed to their success and well-being.

We know founders are pulled in all sorts of directions, so EndeavorLAB’s framework is carefully tailored to their busy schedules. Group and individual mentorship sessions are also intentionally built around companies’ challenges to iron out their foundations for scale.

WHAT DOES ENDEAVORLAB
LOOK LIKE?
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey. EndeavorLAB offers founders an opportunity to build connections with a curated selection of peers facing similar challenges, all the while with the dedicated support from full-time account managers who hold founders accountable and are committed to their success.

Applicants will submit an application online, for internal review. Finalists will be interviewed by Endeavor Staff.

Founders will take part in a kick off call, cohort retreat and orientation to make the most out of EndeavorLAB.

Endeavor Miami supports coachable founders leading innovative Florida-based companies with high-growth potential.
Entrepreneur must be a founder.
Company must be based in Florida.
Company must have product-market fit.
Company must be generating $50K – $500K in annual revenues.
All industries are welcome to apply as long as the solution is tech-enabled and not service-based.
Endeavor does not work with consulting firms, marketing agencies, event planning agencies, financial firms and other service-based companies.

How much does EndeavorLAB cost?
A scholarship will be provided by the cohort sponsor on behalf of each founder to cover participation costs.
Where will EndeavorLAB take place?
Most of EndeavorLAB will take place virtually, except the Launch Event, Cohort Retreat, Module 3 and the Closing Event which will take place in person in the Miami area.
How committed do I need to be EndeavorLAB?
EndeavorLAB participants meet every Thursday from 10am to 1pm. In addition, you will meet with your mentor for one hour up to three times.
How many mentors will I have access to?
You will be paired with one mentor to work through your business challenge. Changes can be made based on fit and availability. Founders will also be mentored in a group setting every week by a different mentor.
How do I qualify for the EndeavorLAB?
The entrepreneur must be a founder, the company must be based in Florida, the company must have product-market fit and be generating between $50K and $500K in annual revenues. All industries are welcome to apply as long as the solution is not service-based.

How will you decide who is selected?
Companies will be screened using the same criteria as how Endeavor Entrepreneurs are evaluated: (1) Entrepreneur, (2) Business, and (3) Timing. We look for entrepreneurs who dream big, scale up and pay it forward.
How will I be informed about the status of my application?
You will receive an automated reply upon submitting the form on your application. The team will reach out to you in case you qualify for an interview. You will also hear from the team in case your application has been rejected.
When is the deadline to apply to EndeavorLAB?
The deadlines are listed in the previous section. You are welcome to apply at any point before those dates.
